Very helpful staff, helped me finance my dentures.Had several upper teeth pulled. Clean environment. Pretty much a pain free experience. Hav recommended them to friends.

Worst place ever! Its like they didnt even want to help me. Paid in full for top plate in mobile,al at the apen on airport blvd. But had to wait for swelling to go down before I can get my permanent ones. But I moved from mobile back to north al. The closest aspen was in Rome, Ga. So I called mobile and asked if I could transfer my paperwork to Rome. They said sure not a problem, so called the one in rome, told them my situation and they told me they could do it no problem at all. And they scheduled me an appointment. I waited a whole month for this appointment and when I went they didnt even no what I was thefe for then when I told them they said the dentist will NOT touch me That I have to go all the way back to mobile to get the permanent ones. Really! Why waste my time like that? And I called mobile aspen and they said that Rome could of done it, that the dentist there just didnt want to. so thefe statement about your mouth being there mission is B.S! specially the one in Rome, ga.

My wife just came home from her first appointment at aspen dental crying because they refused to treat her because she won't get a deep cleaning that her insurance will not cover. I think it is so wrong for them to try and make customers pay for something that their insurance doesn't cover. All she wanted to get done was have a filling put in place of one that fell out. Congrats Aspen you will not see any of our family members in the future
