Took my Challenger in for repairs after hit and run. They gave me an estimate for replacing door since the dent was so deep I told them that would be fine agreed to the estimate and told them to go ahead with the repairs. For some reason the shop took it upon themselves to just pull the dent out of the door and repaint without letting me know or getting my approval for the change. They call me and tell me my car is ready early so I go to pick it up and they bring it around and it has light paint and paint runs on door so I tell them I will not except it and they take it back to redo. 2 days later they call and tell me they car is ready again and I go pick it up. It looks great so I get it and drive it home and notice there is a lot of wind noise so I turn around and head back to the shop and discovered they left off the weatherstripping. Told they will have to order it. So Monday morning they call tell me it is in and I head back up to the shop and they install it. Just not happy with the way they did things and really not happy with the fact they took it upon themselves to make the decision to change the work that was going to be done to fix my car.
