Provided by YP.comGreat Folks, Great Service, reasonable prices. Trina was very helpful at explaining the issues with my brakes and a breakdown of the pricing. Will return.

Provided by YP.comAs a counter to the negative reviews, I used The Garage back in November 2013 for brakes, wheel bearing, and suspension work, and I experienced fair and professional service all-around. Trina was the definition of an on-top-of-it manager, contacting me with status updates on a regular basis. Prices were fair. I haven't found a better local shop (I like to support local business) in the Rome area. My mother has used them several times as well and equally recommends.

Provided by YP.comThe ONLY reason this dumb place is getting even one star, is because I had to rate it. FIRST THINGS FIRST - If you go to a Used Car Dealer of ANY kind, check to see if there are cars parked at their repair area. There's a reason why the Car Store has a full service shop; their cars don't work when you drive them off of the lot. I was up there to get my car fixed and the chain smoker behind the desk, was so foul-mouthed, I thought she was an ex-con. She ran outside to help who I think is the owner, try to figure out what was wrong with another car that was, get this - JUST sold. It still had a temporary tag on it and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Terrible. Oh, secondly, to the rate above, that things name is Trina.

Provided by YP.comA couple of weeks ago I brought my car in for a quick oil change at the garage. I regret I can not give this place my recommendation for these reasons. First the lady at the front desk, if that is what you would call her, looked like she had not slept or bathed in a couple of days. She was loud and talking about completely inappropriate things at a work place and you could not get an word in while talking to her. When she told me that my car was finished she informed me that I had numerous things wrong with my car and quoted me a price that would make you faint. Not able to take the time or money that day I declined the extra work. When she realized that I was not going to do anymore business that day she cut me short and would not have anything else to do with me. Second when I got my car back it smelled like someone smoked inside my car with the windows up. I do not smoke at all and to have my car smell like that was very nasty. When I made a comment about the smell to the person with the tattoo on his neck he just srugged his shoulders and walked off. Third and final I took my car into Expert Tires after the service to see how much they would charge me to fix the "problems" that the garage had found. As it turns out I did not require extra work to be done they just wanted to make more money for fixing problems that did not exist. I have dealt with the public my whole life and I have never given or recieved service as bad as the garage.
