I hate using this location. Every time we go here, they try to convince us to buy things that we don't need, which I understand, as every car place does. But what really annoyed me was putting me down for an appointment to have these services done without telling me and they calling me to "remind" me of that appointment several times, as well as calling several times to ask if I wanted to buy their recommended tires after telling them in person and on the phone that I didn't. My husband went in for an oil change and waited over 20 minutes before they got around to telling him that they wouldn't be able to fit him in that day because they were closing early. Came back the next day at 9 am and was told they wouldn't be able to start on the car til after 11. He tried to have our transmission serviced here and made an appointment several days in advance, only to be called after the car had been there for 4 hours and told that they did not have one of the required parts to do that. The only reason we keep coming back is because they usually have coupons for discounted oil changes, but it really isn't worth the hassle. My husband is much more patient than me, and the only reason they ever get our business.
