I am still waiting for Dan to add the necessary support the Engineer we hired said that was needed to support the additional weight of our addition Dan added.The house has been sagging and pulling apart ever since.He has come out and made some repairs,but not what is needed to prevent more damage to the structure. The management over our remodel was not up to his reputation.We have had major structural issues on and around all the areas his crew added.He was told about our concern about foundation very early on.I believe he is reputable, and if he would fix the foundation issues that were not addressed and ignored,we could enjoy our home again and not have the constant reminders that the value has suffered significantly when they walked away from our job. I feel like our job was never a priority to him
