Called about a vehicle lockout said he was 8 minuets away got to my location in 3mins was in the car in no time I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS STOP PLAYING

I called John to help with a key replacement. He seemed very aggravated and was truly very rude and unprofessional. He told me I should call the dealership like any normal person would do so when I asked if he could help me he said sure I can order it but it would be better for you too all the while with a very arrogant rude tone. I do not think insulting someones intelligence while they are trying to give work to the local businesses is very professional and I would not recommend this person to anyone. I hope he realizes how disrespectful he was being. I was completely baffled by his attitude.

Service was fast, courteous, and effective. I'd recommend to others.

These guys are great i had a ignition problem these guys came and fixed my problem with in minuntes quick fast and very skilled i would prefer them to any one!!

Me and my wife were out one night had dinner then caught a movie. around 11:00 p.m we realized my keys were in the car. we called the police station non-emergency to ask for help. they immediately told us to call lock-doc and let me be the first to tell you they are a life saver, very professional.when they said 20 minutes that was exactly what they ment. five stars gentlemen. #1 in customer service you have my vote.
