Okay. I absolutely love Petland. Everyone (Katie and Ashley) especially are very helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and time effeicent. If they do not know something they will definitely find out for you. All the animals they have are very well taken care of. If they mess employees are always getting to it to clean it up. I am currently looking to buy a ferret and my baby got sold today.���� Katie has reassured me that I will get a fur baby to love and enjoy. Thanks guys. Love the store will continue to come back just to even play with all those babies.

Petland is the most disgraceful establishment for any animal, especially the puppies. If you want to find a well cared for, healthy puppy I garauntee you will not find one here. I was close to tears seeing puppies in hamster cages with hardly space to move, forced to live near their own waste. I wish more action was being taken to shut this place down or prohibit their sale of dogs.

This company is a disgrace - sold us a sick guinea pig for $49.99 that was sick and died within days or my purchase. We were told that the pig died from a Vitamin C deficiency due to what the pig was being fed at the pet store. Now my 6 year old daughter is crying because of their lack of care for the animals they sell - needless to say this is disappointing. We contacted the store and they just act like its normal to purchase animals from there and they die soon after - no remorse and no help from the management here. Don't waste your time buying pets here!

employees! I bought a female python a few months ago, and the woman that sold her to me was very knowledgeable about her, informed me about everything she knew of her, and even seemed a bit sad to let her go. I love how your employees take an interest in all the animals!



Also, twice in a row, when I requested a medium rat, a young blonde man (I really should learn their names) asked whether I wanted a larger or smaller medium. He even made sure that it was an agreeable size before ringing up my purchases.



Way to go Petland! You hire some stellar employees! :-)
