I have only called tonight to reserve a cab for tomorrow am but was treated with great courtesy. I used this company for two years regularly when recovering from back surgery in 2012 and lived outside city limits on bypass. They were always great. My trips included apps but also running from errand to errand. If possible they would wait with no chg on quick errands and always return promptly on long ones. I can't imagine bad reviews and complaints re prices on all these services.
I actually priced a limo service tomorrow when hopefully I will visit Dr nearby be given prescription which I'll have to be driven to fill, then allowed home. However I may be sent to the hospital. I can't drive my own car due to waves of pain I'm guessing are from kidney stone. It had been missed by a GP already but on former MRI scan. So I've been in pain 3 months. Limo service would be $1000. As imp as it is I make it tomorrow on time, I trust this co.

I called rome taxi at 4:30a.m. ask for taxi to be here at 5:45.a.m. Husband had to be at work at 6:00.a.m. Taxi shows up 15 minutes early. Was ask to wait a minute since he was early. He pulled out of driveway. I ask where u going,he yelled words at me and stomped the gas. Called Floyd Taxi they show up on time and very courteous. Rome taxi needs some lessons in manners and respect. No stars.

Driver showed up on time and was very nice. Got me to my location very easily. Rates were fine for a taxi service.

Horrible service. I had to be at work at 11:45 so I called this taxi service at 10:30 asking for a ride at 11:20. They told me someone would be here at 11:20. I called to ask about 5 times after 11:20 when nobody was here and each time the man (raising his voice) telling me "5 minutes." This taxi was a no show and I had to call in late to work. Terrible service! I would not recommend this to anyone.

I called for a taxi and they told me 15 mins but after a hour of waiting and no one showing. I called to see what the hold up was. The man told me he was real busy and I would have to wait or call someone else.

Called these guys they said twenty minutes and no one showed up. Thanks you suck.

I wish I could give this company -5 stars. They are awful The price for the same distance is never the same, for a 3 mile drive it could vary from 5 to 10 dollars depending on how broke your driver is they pretty much charge you whatever they want with no regard for your wallet. When we asked them why does the price vary so much our taxi driver who can barely speak English told us to find another company. Also they pile there own stuff in the back of there taxi so don't plan on bringing groceries home via Rome taxi cab there's usually no room there's either a spare tire in the back, there are children's clothes in the backseat but don't worry they told us our kids could just sit on the clothes. anyways the taxi was too full of the drivers junk and we had no room for our groceries and had to call a new one and explained it to the driver so they charged us 10 dollars for a ride that would cost 5 for there bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!
