I'm very disappointed in the scheduling department here. We were told to be here at 5:30am but they d8dnt even start his surgery until 10am,at which I had to sit in the surgery waiting room at that time,which was almost unbearable because someone had a bad odor and I literally got sick at my stomach.
We were told he was the first patient and turned out that he wasnt,he was the second and also told he would only be in recovery for 30 minutes, and he was in there for over an hour.
I dont believe they have any consideration for other peoples time,which is ridiculous.
They should only ask that you be there 30 minutes before the surgery and not 4 and a half hours beforesurgery.
Its exhausting waiting that long and having to worry that long and het your self sick from it.
We will never choose this Hospital again.
