I have been to this nail salon several times and never had a problem before, except they are extremely slow and tell you the wait time is 15 min and you end up being there for over an hour. And they have no sign in sheet to see who is next in line. Well yesterday I went in to have a full set done and it was the worst experience I've ever had and a painful experiences, a guy named Kevin with tattoos all over his arms done my nails. When he begin doing them he kept tearing piece of my skin off my fingers while he was suppose to be being easy when he took the dead skin off. In 15 min my fingers where bleeding and he kept putting some green stuff on the cuts which burned very bad, he knew he was doing it because he kept saying "sorry" he tore my fingers up. One day later after having them done I can barley pick up a cup of coffee because my fingers are so sore. And you can see cuts all around my nails. Every single nail. I will never go to this nail salon again. They are not sanitary at all. He could have caused me to have a really bad infection in my fingers. I recommend to everyone to never go to this place. They are awful.
