Do not do business with this company. The owner specializes in ripping off the elderly and disabled. He overcharged my mother first for her electric power chair and then WAY overcharged for repairs sometime later. Since Medicare has changed how they pay out now and will only authorize dealers who are in their list of providers this will not be as easy for him to get away with for certain people but there are always new victims he can prey on. Tread carefully if you choose to do business with this company. Research the item you are needing and see how much it really costs before agreeing to what he charges. When we got my mother's power chair it was the first time I had ever dealt with Medicare and durable equipment so it was quite an eye opening experience to see we could usually purchase out of pocket many of the items she initially needed cheaper than what the monthly rental fees accumulated to be during the time period she needed some items. The durable equipment providers often are running a racket and they know it.
