I had purchased carpet from this buisness approximately one year ago and the transaction was great! Recently I went back to purchase two more rooms of carpet and sent in the check for the amount due after the carpets were installed. I mistakingly wrote a check and deducted from the wrong account. I incurred a twenty-five dollar check charge which I had no problem paying since this mistake was entirely my fault.



What I didn't appreciate from this buisness was the harassing phone calls regarding this check charge totaling approximately five calls with messages left on my answering machine. On the message, the man stated that if I don't "pay this check charge fee of $25.00 then I will have do something about it" What may I ask will he do? Why the threat? I had no problem paying this but NEVER received a paper documented bill regarding this charge. The hours don't coincide with my schedule so I never had the chance to stop by. Instead I wrote a letter to them explaining what I am to you now and informing them that they will not be receiving any more buisness from this customer again.



I hope that if you do choose this place for your flooring options that they treat you with more respect than they treated my husband and I last time I shopped there.
