Very disappointed with the service I received. I'm happy with the end results and the pedicure but the nail technician was so rude. Taking a call while performing the service I'm paying for, like she was on break, it was 11 o'clock. Wait for a break. Adding up her earnings right in front of me. Dropping the sponge buffer on the floor and using it is unsanitary. And all the non English speaking, like your not even there. The stations are very, very dusty, not really clean and the greeter doesnt greet you he just hollers "what you need done". Argues with a customer because she wants gel polish and not dip because she had dip on. Seriously. Who's paying for it to be done. Why do you work there. If you dont like your job find another one. Please be kind and communicate with each client. Don't be speaking other languages in front of the customers, save it for break. Be professional.
