They'll offer you next to nothing for your item then try to sell it for more than its worth new. Im a guitarist and checked out there guitars, first off there sittingin the window which is terrible for the wood, secondly they literally are trying to get retail on a used guitar that needs work. Save yourself a trip and just go on ebay or craigslist, There stuff is junk and they know nothing about there items

Don't go here. I walked in with a laptop that was 6 months old and I paid $750 dollars for it at hp.com. I was offered $125 for it because it was used. I turned around and sold it on craigslist for $625
