The Rome Surgical Specialists needs find a better mannered employee to respond to their phone calls.



It was necessary for me to call their office on three different occasions, all being responded to by MELISSA. The first two calls I dismissed, thinking she may have had a difficult day. However, the third call was inexcusable. I was greeted with a very rude MELISSA.



Melissa's actions are doing this business a disservice by her lack of manners. She needs to be reminded that there is a courteous individual looking for work that would be happy to have her position.

She is the most compassionate, experienced surgeon. I have had many encounters with her and she has always supported me in my decisions
