I had a terrible experience...today.
The owner is so messy & disorganized; he refused to give me the bag I left to repair
3 WEEKS AGO. I had to call the police because he yelled at me and was acting crazy. He said my ticket did not match. I showed the policeman a photo of me with the bag for proof. He acted like I wanted to steal the bag. I will never go there again & I plan to tell all my friends about my bad experience.

I took my wifes built up shoe to him to just resole .it took him 2 weeks when i cxalled him 2 plus times he could not even find the ticket number .he was rude and rude again when i picked them up .i asked for a recpt. and he had a fit. this shop has to cats in it it stinks like cat pee and poop the guy is dirty and has a horrible smell to him.
he realy does not belong in business . he could not even find the shoe even with a tag number.in person or on the phone. he charged me 65.00 i priced another shoe place in clinton ny after wards only 44.00 .this sam guy is a crook.
