needs help!!

ordered 6 frosties with closed lids and bagged. they put the frostie cup inside coffee cup which prevented the lid from staying closed and spilled in bag by time i got home. what was the point in that don't know. they also bagged them in two paper bags which I had to ask them to put all in a plastic bag so easier to carry. this was the second time i have gone there and had this happen except the 1st time the mess was all over my car seat because they used the open lids and put in a cardboard holder that the cups are to small for and all spilled. why can't they get solid lids that fit the cup and just use some common sense. I've gone to other wendys and they have the solid lids for the frosty cup and don't need to put in the coffee cup. and always put in plastic bag with a handle to carry.
