I just read the other review, and absolutely disagree. I had called around for someone to come to empty my septic , and the quotes were high. Some said because it is on the weekend they charge overtime. I called Carroll's on a Sunday and the gentleman asked me where did I live, and I told him Augusta inside Golden Acres, and he gave me a quote cheaper then the others on a weekend, and during a week quote. I asked if he could come out that day, and he asked directions, and said yes. He came a couple hours later, and emptied my septic. The man was very patient with the clogged pipe, and worked on clearing it with no complaints. When he finally cleared the clog, he put my cover back on the tank, did a little chit chat, and on his way he went. We found him to be very pleasant. We live in Augusta, so the other person posting some person told her that they don't serve Augusta is incorrect. I gladly recommend this company. Again the price was very much lower then the others. I don't suggest using this company. They rudely told me they don't service my area in Augusta and when I asked for a suggestion of who does they said, "we don't suggest" and nearly hung up on me.



I chose Cox Septic, the man on the phone was much more civil and pleasant to talk to. Also, the rates are better with Cox.
