claudia4 I would be curious to know who the contractor friend she hired was? It appears we are having the exact same problem right now!

We are currently renting from this Realtor. We have an option to buy on our home. She hires unlicensed friends to to remodel, and we have had plumbing problems starting 2 weeks after we moved in. If she would have had a licensed contractor in the first place and had it done right none of this would have happened. Now she is taking us to court because the problem still is not fixed and she wants us to move out rather than fix it. This is very sad because we really wanted this home, and now she refuses to even sell to us.

So this is just a note to really pay attention to who has done the work on a home and if it was really done correctly.

Liz is the best, we looked around for months and so many realtors refused to even speak with us, Liz went over and above and ended up helping to ensure we got the home of our dreams and soon we will try to work with her to go va home loan and not land contract. thanks again,, Beth and Ron,, Liz is the greatest!
