We ordered a mattress from Menards. Serta sent the wrong one and my wife didn’t know because I thought I was being a nice husband by putting the cover and sheets on it before she got home. We discovered that it was the wrong mattress 4 days later when she could hardly walk anymore ( has a bad back so mattress quality is her forte). Now month later, and a mattress sitting in our hallway waiting to be picked up, we still do not have the right one. Everyday we hear “we’re sorry” it should be here tomorrow! No follow through on serta or Menards. Menards did order the correct one and serta sent one with the same model number but it’s made out if different materials then the one we ordered- buyers beware of this scam!!
