Been going here for awhile but sadly after realizing maybe only 1 person knows what they are doing i will be going elsewhere. My oil was over filled on 2 separate occasions. Once because they think checking oil while the engine is hot and running gives you an accurate reading so they added a quart. The other is because they don't calibrate their equipment regularly. I took it in having checked it myself properly and realizing its almost a quart over but the guy pulls my dipstick out 20seconds after shutting the car off and says "it's only a little over..not enough to cause any issues." so i had to remind him that a proper oil reading isn't seconds after shutting off the car let the oil settle back into the pan. So if it's only a little over while hot and running...yeah it was almost a quart over. But i guess that's ok here. Car companies put a max mark on there for a reason. That means that's the maximum that should be there. Not about how much should be there. Fail on them.
