I went through K&M Carwash on the stall on the right in my NEW vehicle. I paid $10 for this. The pressure was extreme to the point it damaged the seal on my sunroof! The sunroof was securely down of course and this vehicle had been through this carwash before using the left side without a problem as I was told by the dealership afterward. There is a big difference between the two. I was in line for the left side when the owner or a male employee motioned me to the right side. The guy in front of me had a green light to enter, but decided to finish a cell phone conversation.

As the carwash began everything was okay until the extreme pressure and wash started. My issue is I'm sure it did damage to a perfectly good sealed sunroof and the water began pouring into my vehicle! It soaked my floor mats and floor and me, as well as my seats and into my gearshift. I immediately take my jacket off to try to protect the gear shifters. I have a soaked wet circle around my sunroof which could cause my ceiling to droop. I was more than upset at this so I called K&M Carwash. I spoke to a female employee and explained to her what happened and she took my name and number and said the manager would call me. I get a call back from the same female, not the manager telling me basically nothing. She was uncaring and I assume the manager was too or he would have handled returning my call as I was told he would and at least offered an option. When I asked this woman isn't there a big difference between the left and right stall more than once, my question was avoided.

I won't return to this carwash and have already spread the word to warn other customers I know that use this carwash. I spent $10 only to have a waterfall over me, my floors, seats, ceiling, gear shifters and a blue wet solution around my sunroof!!!

Now, I not only have to pay for a specialist in glass at a repair shop, but also may have water stain, a soaked floorboard that may sour and also my ceiling now may fall from the water damage! The pressure is way too hard in the right stall and the manager and his employees are very unprofessional and uncaring!!!
