This company is very unprofessional in my opinion. I called them and scheduled an appointment they never showed up, rescheduled a second appointment they never showed up again. When I called to find out what happened the second time she said our tech is on a gas leak he's been there for hours. I told them that it is not good business practice to make appointments and not show up. .. She stated that they have my cell I do not have to wait at home. This is not the point! , I was told a tech would be here between 8-12 no one showed. In the same conversation i ordered the part for my washer, unprofessional again. I am the customer, not a washer repair person, waited 3 days called them back, basicly was told it didn't come in, can't say when it will be in, will call me when it gets here. This woman is very rude I asked to speak to an owner she stated she was the owner. I will use someone else... They can keep the part..
