The day before the wedding, we received a delivery of linens, glassware, silverware, dishware. The silverware was dirty with dry food. The glasses were filmy, some with lipstick stains. The bride and groom were up until midnight washing everything. The next day when the caterer was ready to set up the buffet, they washed every dish by hand. I was told the dishes were dirty. When Paula was approached she was nasty, offering to refund the cost of two forks and one glass. She was expecting a picture of every dirty item. She denied responsibility. She already had her money. I was extremely disappointed in her lack of professionalism. Be warned.
