I am very dissatisfied with this eac program. It seems like Ann the supervisor is only looking to get paid and get out. I find all the prices and fees to be outrageous. First, it should be the same flat rate for anybody that has to use the program. Why should i pay like 40+ dollars for a one hour visit while somebody pays like 20-25 dollars? It seems more like extortion to me. second, you can't talk about ANYTHING with your own kid or even take a picture with them!!!! That should be treated as a criminal action because it is still your child. Third, they are very rude and discourteous towards you. Not the employees that supervise you but management. I will be pursuing these matters further.

What a scam, they charge a ton of fees, don't tell you until after the fact, program Ann is easily paid off, rude,condescending. The staff are not child friendly! Ask for another place instead of this one!!!!

I am 100% disappointed with this program. It did nothing to help my son! They bribe the children and force additional payments. It is a money scheme and they do NOT care about the best interest for the child. Ann the program director is the WORST! She is rude and should NEVER be allowed to work with children EVER! Do not allow your children to go to a terrible place... request a differenct program for your child!
