As far as Chinese restaurants go, they are great. When coupled with American and Mexican food, however, a Chinese restaurant begins to have something for everyone. That's the way it is with China Star. While the Chinese cuisine is more Cantonese than Mandarin (i.e. more South China than Northeast China), it is still very good. The balance is the American and Mexican menus. My wife is Chinese, and I am American, and we can both get what we want at China Star.
