There are bike stores and there are bike shops.

When I first walked into "The Best Bike Shop Ever, I just stood there and looked around, then commented, "My goodness. This is a real bike shop!"

The owner, Rusty, must have been a bike in his previous life:-) He is so knowledgeable. And he is very cordial and generous with his knowledge.

I explained to Rusty: When riding my bike, I would have such severe pain in my right shoulder that I had to wear a shoulder brace.

He looked at me, sizing me up. Then, after quizzing me about how I rode my bike, he took my bike and made adjustments to the seat and handlebars, which took him less than 2 minutes..

Then I took my bike out for a ride, and it was like riding a brand new bike.

I am amazed how quick Rusty fixed my problem, and he charged me $3.00.

You heard me. Three dollars for his time!

Once back home, I took a 12-mile ride, without my shoulder brace, and I had no pain. Absolutely, no pain.



I agree with Steve Hansen: "This guy knows his stuff."

This guy knows his stuff, is very friendly, and the best part, he's local. He doesn't stock very many new bikes, only had a few consignment/special builds when I went in there, but he can get what you need within a few days if you are willing to wait. Parts and repairs are his cup of tea. He trued my front wheel while I waited and had it perfect in 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced too. BONUS: He is willing to show you the local trails/riding areas on weekends and free time. What else can one ask for from a LBS?

Very Helpful. Loved being able to go in my town with OUT having to going 20 Miles to the next one.
