WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN!! These people are RUDE and try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need and do a lousy job at that!! I have never had an oil leak on this car. Had my oil changed here on Thursday, by Friday morning my driveway was covered in oil. Had my car towed to my mechanic. He showed me where the oil filter had not been tightened and leaked all the oil!! I called JiffyLube to tell. them what had happened. I was LAUGHTED AT!!! They told me I was lucky I didnt drive farther than I did. When asked what they were going to do, like reimburse me for the oil change, I was told I should "Count my lucky stars" and they don't guarantee their work.

PLEASE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! These people LIE to try and get you to buy services you don't need!! They told me I had MAJOR OIL (leaked so much the stick was dry EVEN tho I could see oil on stick!) and TRANSMISSION leaks ( cement drive with NO spots of any fluid!!) and that they could take care of these for me. Told them I had a mechanic and they told me I needed another one cause he wasn't very good. When I went to my mechanic and told him about the leaks, My mechanic put the car on the rack, laid down white paper. After 1 hour, still no marks on the paper, NO LEAKS!!!! Jiffy Lube said my air filter needed changing even though I did it myself 3 days ago (the empty box was still in my car and had to be moved to vacuum!). Their tech Scratched my car and when I said something about it, Service tech J.Hull, laughed and said "Well, at least it isn't a new car!! Excuse me, but I try to take care of my things and when I pay someone else for service, I expect them to take care of my things, also!! If you value your car, time, money, ect., DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Even when I said I was going to complain, they gave me a BOGUS NUMBER to call!!
