I think RHS has the worst Principal in all my years in the school system. This school is going downhill fast. I would never send my student to this school. The school is small and reasonably safe for students, but there are other safe schools in the Antelope Valley. When checking out this school as how are they going to raise the STAR scores, and graduation rates for their students? The school is constantly changing the rules and do not know what they are doing most of the time.
