This place is a Rip Off i lived there for 2 years i never gave them any problems, it was actually the other way around i saved a trailer from flooding by calling the owner right away as soon as i saw the water coming out... i brought them a client to live there which are still living there and what do i get in return? a call from the owner MICHELLE which told me i was not getting one cent of my security deposit back not even the deposit for returning the mailbox key. which is required to get a key from them. i cleaned the trailer inside and out before i left and they still charged me a "cleaning" fee all i left messed up were blinds because i had cats.
