I normally use a different pharmacy but decided to go to Pioneer at the recommendation of my Vet after having my puppy neutered. I left my freshly neutered puppy in the car while I ran inside to have his pain meds script filled, I left the windows down and could hear him whimpering and whining for me through the open front-window of the pharmacy. The older woman at the counter could hear him as well as she told me it would be a 30 minute wait for the prescription to be filled. I politely asked if there was any way it could be filled sooner because I wanted to get my puppy home. She rolled her eyes at me and said no because there were other customers ahead of me (there was no one else in the pharmacy). I said no problem and left. When I returned a VERY nice younger woman helped me - while she was, the same woman came from the back with and rolled her eyes at me AGAIN. I can totally understand not being able to expedite the process, I just figured I would ask, but this womans attitude is atrocious and I won't be stepping foot in this pharmacy again. This is a small, close-knit community fueled by family businesses and you should be embarrassed by your behavior.
