I took my trailer there to have a frayed cord replaced. The mechanic said that he would replaced the whole wire under the trailer, but ended up only cutting and splicing the wire just out of view. He was surprised when I crawled under to look at the work he had done and found out he had lied to me. I asked him about the difference between what he had done and what he had said he had done and he told me it was "irrelevant". I tried to talk with the owner, Henry, and before I said a word to him he had gotten in my face and called me names. Henry accused me of being rude for questioning how they performed the work on my trailer. I was incredibly disappointed with their work and customer service. If you have any done here make sure to double check it because they will tell you one thing and do another and charge you too much.
