Best buying experience I have ever had! The dealership made it so quick and easy for me to purchase! Their no haggle attitude was very appreciated and they came in with a much lower sales price then I found at any other dealership!

I purchased a car from a local dealer whom uses Clint Ne well to do their overall inspections! while test driving the car we noticed the engine knocking severely! the sales man insured us it was a loose motor mount! the check engine light was on at that time, we asked them to have it fixed and we would go further with the purchase! We got our car back and the next morning the heater would not work!! so once again an important detail was over looked by their inspection, the dealer took it back again to be fixed and they insured they had done their very best detailed work! so Once again we got the car back drove it for 24 hours and the heat was still not working!! also the check engine light once again was on! turned out it had a fuel evaporation leak, tire senors removed , and still no heat!! as I said before what a Joke!! they put their stamp of approval on this car with a loose motor mount, no heat, fuel evaporation leek , and now I have run out of gas 3 times because the fuel Gage does not work properly!! The dealership we purchased the car for finally took it to Lilith to have the heat fixed, but after that we still noticed one problem after another! THE LADY AT CLINT NEW ELL WAS VERY RUDE AND HAD NO CARE TO HELP WITH THE PROBLEMS! SOI WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE THEIR OR PAY THEM TO FIX MY VEHICLE!

Don't take your vehicle here. Misquotes, bad diagnoses, and outright lies. "Repairs" that led to more problems than when I brought my car in. Many return trips to correct mistakes (realign wheels after they did a brake replacement, etc.). I had to pay each time. I gave them multiple chances to provide quality service and they failed.

Take your vehicle somewhere ELSE!!!!! They aren't capable of doing the repairs in the time frame quoted, nor are they even capable of doing them correctly. You'd be a lot better off going to another business.
