Our experience buying a pump and supplies for our well was a nightmare. An older gentleman made a list up, said everything was in stock. We paid at the counter. Went to the back and ends up the pump was indeed out of stock. It wouldn't be in for 2 days. While we were back there we picked up the pipe. But the lady at the counter only added one pipe instead of 5. So we had to go back to the counter to pay for the rest.



Came in 2 days later, pulled in the back. The man there said we needed to go to the front first. So we do, and ends up it wasn't in yet.



We return a day later. Picked up the pump from the older gentleman. He didnt realize we hadn't picked up everything on our list from the day before. He told us he would have had everything here for us to pickup has he known. He said he will go over the list again and make sure everything is in the back. But wait, there's an error. This same older gentleman who sold us a sold out pump, told us he had sold us the wrong electrical cable so we needed to exchange and get a refund. Go to front desk, she had no idea what we were talking about. She started by scanning the pump that we had. We tried to explain, but she ended up calling the older gentleman over to have him explain it. After all the explaining and everything she announced that our refund was .50 cents. I was genuinely upset at this point, we waited all this time for .50 cents. As we were walking out the older gentleman yelled "wait wait" and ends up the lady at the counter only refunded us for 1 foot of wire instead of the 110 feet. At this point the lady was visibly upset and started getting an attitude. When afew minutes passed by she said "goddam computer" and then at about the 5min mark she said she wanted to smash the computer. Afew minutes later she huffed and walked away from the desk. She asked the other checkout lady if she could do it.



After all of this we went around back, to which they had trouble finding everything that was on our list. Finally after about 20minutes of searching everything was found and we were on our way.





While I know mixups happen, and I'm glad that the older gentleman was there because we would have been out $50+. It's the young lady with longer black/red hair at the checkout that I'm genuinely displeased with. Instead of asking nicely for help, she demanded it from the other lady to help her after cussing and making a big deal out of nothing.



Throughout this entire ordeal we stayed calm and friendly. I wish the same could be said about the workers.





I would STAY CLEAR of this place for big purchases. For a 1k+ purchase I thought we would be treated alittle better.
