I took a pair of kids miz mooz in with torn up heals. I would have paid the cost of the shoe to have them resoled because the boot is rare and high end, he saved me money informing me he could do just the heal. In 3 days the heals were fixed and they shined the boots to look like new. I'm taking in my fryes and free birds to be stretched today.

Not impressed at all with the service provided. I took a pair of boots to have the zipper repaired. Got them home only to find out the zipper was still broken. I then returned the boot only to find out that the reason the zipper was still broken is because the wrong boot had been repaired which was strange since the zipper on that boot was not damaged. Against my better judgment I then left the boot with the broken zipper with the understanding that it would be fixed without a charge... boy was I wrong. Not only was I charged again but when I got the boot home and tried to wear it the next day for work, guess what? Zipper was still broke. Now I'm out twice the money and still have a broken zipper on my boot. Most definitely will not be going here again!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I WILL NEVER GO THIS THIS BUSINESS . I WOULD RATHER DRIVE TO EUGENE OR MEDFORD TO HAVE WORK DONE ON MY SHOES
