I've been in to Jimmy Johns many time and am never disappointed with the food or service We've been to other store all over the country and always love coming back to Roseburg

They messed up my sandwich twice. Both times I had my receipt to show. The first time I drove all the way back and they made a new one. The SECOND time I had to drive back, made a completely different sandwich again and I was the only on in the store. It's about a 10 min drive, but that's my favorite sandwich and I usually have it on my "cheat" day bc of the bread cals. I asked the manager if I could have a free bag of chips or something bc I had to drive back, and now twice. She talked to me like she was a robot and said no. It was their corporate policy not too. I told her, you're in a small town, word of mouth is everything, and you won't even give me a bag of chips or a free sandwich coupon when you've messed my order up 2 times in a row? Even McD's does that. Horrible customer service, don't care about their customers being happy and coming back, treated like a number. I will be letting everyone I know about my experience and will also not use them for company catering ever!
