My daughter broke her nose on the steps to the play area, talked to a lawyer who said we have a case because the steps are TOO BIG for the state regulations requirements. Thankfully we have insurance and were able to have her nose fixed...and decided to not sue...but talking to the "claims" guy for McDonald's, they did not accept responsibility that those stairs are too big for kids, they didn't even say sorry about what happened...so just as a warning, if you have insurance, great...if not, don't expect McDonald's to pay for it...at least anytime soon...as they will tie it up in court forever.
