I have been doing business with Michael at Sewing Bee for MANY years. I have always found him and his staff to be honest, courteous, helpful, and they have or will get whatever I need for my machine.

This is a friendly, hometown shop. The management are knowledgeable experts and bend over backwards to solve your sewing machine or vacuum needs. I've been very impressed by their service.

I try to shop locally as much as possible, so I have tried to by my sewing machine supplies here on multiple occassions. I have never had a good experience. I have always dealt with the same woman, and she is always rude and unhelpul. I have called asking for information, and every time they have to look it up and will call me back, but never do. I have gone into the store as well, and it is the same story. Today I decided to try again and went in, and again I was treated rudely - in fact she acted like I was putting her out by wanting to purchase something. In the end I left without because I don't want to give my business to a store with employees like that. I would give them no stars if that was an option.
