We bought a 3500 SF house that needed a totally new system in the attic. Umpqua was the only company that bid a zoned system which is required for a house. The other bids were for only one heat pump and one gas furnace. Removal of the old duct work, permitting and electrical work was extra. Umpqua's quote for two heat pumps and two furnaces was less than the other bids for only one. We got new duct work, registers, returns and thermostats. The old system, including the duct work in the crawl space, was completely removed. Their price covered everything including permits, gas, and electrical work. Their dedication to the job, even when they found problems, was stellar. They worked overtime to get us connected as soon as possible. They were true professionals, and the finished system adds tremendous value to our new home. I have already hired them for two more smaller jobs, and am getting a bid for a third. I trust them completely and can not recommend this company more highly.

I called because I was referred by a friend. When they answered, they were rude. They stated that they were extremely busy, and they were not taking new customers no matter what the problem was. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They do not even deserve one star in my book, I will never call them again.
