We lived in this crappy, trashy trailer park for 5 miserable years...we put a down payment on a rather nice mobile home in there and the B!@#$ told us that we owed taxes...I told her to stick it up her arse because in a trailer park you don't pay taxes just your house rent and your space rent...the B!@#$ ended up taking us to court and LIED through her teeth to the judge and he awarded her our house...I was so mad at her....she will get her KARMA and I hope those that she did wrong get a front row seat....PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT LIVE HERE.

DONT even think about it, the management here is the worst. She will take everything u have and still make u pay, she needs to be stopped. husband wife team sure has a racket going on in this park. I wish i could move, but the B wont approve anyone to buy my home. I would burn my own house down before i let her take it. thats what she does takes your home so she can sell it herself. NEVER again will i live in a park. figures i cant post until i give a star rating so thats - this star

DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PARK! THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO EVICT YOU AND NOT LEAVE YOU ANY NOTICE. ANY TIME YOU TAKE THEM TO COURT TO FIGHT THE ISSUE YOU WILL PROBABLY LOSE AND OWE THEM A BUNCH OF MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS AT ALL AND WILL RIP EVERYTHING OUT FROM UNDER YOU WITH NO FEELINGS! I WAS ONE OF THE QUIET MIND MY OWN BUSINESS OBEY THE RULES TENANT BUT BECAUSE OF ISSUES WITH MONEY IN OUR DOWN ECONOMY MONEY WAS TIGHT N SOME MONEY WENT MISSING PAYMENT WAS NO GOOD N WITH NO CONSIDERATION HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO MAKE ME PAY AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE AND STEAL YOUR PROPERTY OUT FROM UNDER YOU! BEWARE THEY ARE SAVAGES!!!!
