Had an issue with a giftcrard that this place claim they don't accept... but ironically I was able to use one identical for the first part of my order. I previously visited this place with my doctors and team. Amazing... I guess a 400.00 plus tab gets you more respect. My 70.00 tab didn't... I got multiple managers being rude... not wanting to listen and even after told that they took the money from my card... they still didn't want to conceed that they were wrong. Issue resolved ... I get back to the office and one of my team members has hair in their food. I call the same argumentive manager and while having the doctor in the room...( I needed for her to hear how patrons are treated there). I informed the manager Marcia that there was hair in the food. She exhaled several time as if I was irritating her and after I asked can she prepare another order... her response was " I guess so". Her response should have been "my apology... we can either prepare another meal or refund the money". I got there with the doctor who's food had hair in it... and response I got was... "I find it hard to believe the hair came from here because our cook is bald"... I call BS in that. So a lifesaving Surgeon took the time out of her busy day to bring a 13.95 meal back to you for what... None the less I spent 1.5 hours attempting to resolve an issue clearly on their part and never got eat nor my team... WHY... because I spent my lunch break dealing with unreasonable people. If there was a "0" star rating I'd give this to them. I will say the hostess as well as the bartender were very nice and apologetic.

Ladies...if u wanna get groped by the old man owner then go in to dellis. Phil and ted are huge cocaine addicts and jen the bartender uses the bar as a front for her prostitution. Roaches and rats. Illegal immigrant workers. And nigg**s are not welcome.
