The owner of the firm, Robert, contacted me about an inquiry I made on Home Advisor concerning work on my house. He made an appointment to meet me at my house at 6 PM. 6PM arrived, no Robert, no call. 6:30 PM arrived, Robert calls, said something about conflicting appointments and could we reschedule for 6PM next day. I said not only NO, but NO #$## WAY. When one makes an appointment with a potential client, one must keep that appointment. At 6PM Robert should have been there or my phone should have been ringing with an explanation. Neither happened. I do not take kindly to being "stood up". This tells me this firm cannot be trusted to do a job right or do it on time, or even be trusted to show up on time. Recommend AGAINST hiring this firm. I most definitely will not.
