Abusive owner that has no clue on how to service italian food both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Has no clue or concept on how to cook or prepare food. So called chef that doesnt know what goes in the simplest of italian dishes. First walk into a 85 degree dining area and when you go to complain about how hot it is, the owner is too cheap to turn on the AC. Appetizers came out cold and frozen. Using kitchen towels as part of the place setting. Chicken Franchese comes out lumpy and totally discusting in presentation. Service was one of the worse we've seen in ages. Regardless of all the so called reviews that give this wanna be 4 stars, we would never trust any reviews over 4 stars, mainly because most of them hold no grain of truth. When we complained all the time somebody was behind us, and the immediate reaction was he was the owner and just by looking at him we can tell right away and it became clear all the screw ups was a direct result of this person. Total wanna be!
