This is not a professional place. Robert, apparently the head therapist there, does not really pay attention to his patients. You often have to ask him for a clean piece of cloth or you'd have to place your face and mouth on a bare therapy bed. If you need a pillow, you'd have to reach over and grab it yourself regardless of how bad your back hurts. Worst of the all, he does not observe how you do the exercises. It happened to me a couple of time that all of the sudden he told me I was not doing a stretch the right way... only after I had been doing the same exercise incorrectly hundreds of times during my past visits. Why? He was too busy watching "Law and Order" on television most of the times.
