I'll start off by saying I've never put my car through an auto wash. Since I owned it (bought it new) I've washed it by hand myself. I decided since it is cold outside, to get the express hand wash here. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. My car came out with SCRATCHES ALL OVER IT. On the sides, on the roof, etc. I mentioned it to the person who drove it out of the shop. He laughed and said I probably brought it here to complain about the scratches that were there prior and I was trying to get a buff for free. Denying up and down of any wrong doing. Owner says it could have happened in a parking lot in five minutes (I'm not sure how scratches on my roof can take place in a parking lot). FYI, I don't even park my car anywhere near other cars in lots. I won't even drive it downtown. Sad to say, I'm that particular about it. I'm mostly upset because they won't take any responsibility for what they did. What great, friendly service. All I got was a "sorry". Two thumbs down.
