Woodland Windows and Doors was founded in 1969 by John and Ann Mariotti at the corner of Lake Street and Gary Avenue in Roselle. They called it the Woodland Lumber Company specializing in millwork, doors and selling firewood and railroad ties to make ends meet. Builders began asking for windows and the "Little House with the Doors of Many Colors" became a popular source for windows and doors, offering high quality installation. Their sons, Rano, Ralph and Ken had helped with the business since they were boys, becoming employees in the 1980’s.

Great work

My daughter recommended Woodland windows since I needed to replace one large window in my home. I was very happy with the work as well as the workers who kept it clean throughout the process. Both our experiences were great.

Great service

From start to finish everyone was so helpful. Finally replaced our front door and we love it! The installers were very nice, tidy and courteous. Have used Woodland for other things over the years and have never been disappointed.

Our rating for Woodland is a 10 out of 5. We just completed a window (33 of them), sliding door and outside wood replacement project and couldn't be happier. We were referred to Woodland by a co-worker. When we went to the showroom the Sales Associate was courteous and very helpful...extremely knowledgeable about the products, listened to what we were looking for and helped us select exactly what we desired. (Marvin windows and door) Ryan, our Sales Rep, arrived as planned to draw up an estimate...very professional, helpful and suggested color choices that look fantastic on our house. He was extremely accommodating and helped us come up with a project that fit our budget...even going the extra mile to get the permit from our village. We were given a project timeline and Woodland stuck to the schedule as promised. Our windows, door and "fake" wood arrived as ordered. We can't say enough about the workmanship. Nick, lead installer, John, Ben and Simon were fantastic. Their attention to detail, craftmanship, punctuality, personality, and professionalism were outstanding. They went out of their way to make certain the job was done right...more than right....and included some extras like replacing a small portion of our vinyl siding by the patio door, reconfiguring and replacing baseboard and quarter round in our family room. At all times they were considerate of our personal items making certain nothing was damaged and considerate of our personal needs to have access to areas of our house. Nick was extremely conscientious about pointing out options in our installation and providing expert opinions on what he thought would look good and why. It was very clear that they take extreme pride in the work they do. If we had to do it all over again we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Woodland or even consider another window company. Our 26 year old house with drafty windows and rotting wood now looks like a million bucks and is completely maintenance free on the outside. It is all because of Woodland, Nick and his crew. Highly, highly recommend this company.

The workers were trustworthy. They did an excellent job. Very efficient, too. When one of the windows seemed to be leaking air, Woodland recaulked and fixed it correctly without charge. I like that Woodland replaces the trim around the window, insulates it properly and paints the interior trim for you when adding a new window. That makes a huge difference when getting windows. It's one thing to get windows, but another thing to have a quality installation.

Quality products, helpful employees, and great installation crew. The installation process was efficient and the workers cleaned up when they were done. They took care of every detail and made sure I knew how to use all the window and door functions.
