Shin-Sen-Gumi is one of my favorite tonkotsu ramen places in LA and what I like about this place most is that it's open late (till 11pm).



I also like that you can create your own ramen with type of noodle (soft/hard), soup (oily/less oily) and toppings etc... but I wish they also include fresh garlic too (although I like their garlic chips).



And unlike Santouka (another good tonkotsu ramen place in LA), this place takes credit card, which is a plus.
