I use to go here but the last time I went I got the worse cut ever. The stylist gave me half a hair cut then walked away to help another customer. Then she came back and finished the other side of my hair and it completely didn't match the other side as she had lost the rhythm. They are too much in a rush to do too many customers at the same time. I think they are more about the quantity than about the quality. Not to mention the the way they shampoo hair there is painful. They scratch your scalp pretty bad with their sharp claws. It's been half a year now and Im still trying to grow out this bad hair cut.

My best friend brought me here to do our hair for prom. The employees are very welcoming, perhaps, because my friend went there a few times. They were really friendly to me as well! I felt very nervous coming in to this place because I feel that way right before someone does my hair (curl it, cut it, anything to it). However, the results were fabulous! There are tons of magazines if you aren't sure what you want to do with your hair and a couch for you to sit on while skimming through them. The place is pretty clean and bright (a great setting for a hair salon). One thing I disliked about my experience there is when I had to wait for my hairstylist. She was already curling my hair when another customer came in and for some reason, she went to do her hair for a while. Then, she returned back to me and finished the whole way through. Everything else makes up for it though! I might even return for a hair cut!
