I love the high (4K) quality digital pictures at this theater. Avatar in 3D was great.

VERY PLUSH!! I would have given 5 stars, but I agree with the previous review. Glad I don't use a cane/walker!

One of the newest things in the Chicagoland area. This theater is reminiscent of the large ornate film viewing palaces back in the day. It is located close to O'Hare air port amid most of the best hotels,exhibition centers and arenas.

It offers valet parking for $7.00 from a large horsehoe drive up. Uniformed ushers and staff are friendly and courteous. There is a large consession area selling popcorn and other treats.

Muvico even has a separate VIP theater which is almost twice the the usual ticket price and offers free popcorn and beverage as well as a full staffed restaurant & bar where you may have a liesurly dinner, snack or drink before or after viewing your movie in love seats where you may choose to bring your food if not eating in the dining room. It's one of the newest innovations of filmdom and by the looks of it very well recieved.

The whole theater is lavishly decorated in the style of the late thirties and we enjoyed the stadium seating in extralarge seats as well as the love seats in the VIP area. However, I have a caveat for anyone who is handicapped and expects to have the usual amenities that are provided (by law) in most public places. They do not exist at Muvico in Rosemont. What is designated as handcapped parking is a good city block from the entrances which do not have automatic door openers. Most noticable to those who must use canes or walkers is the absence of railings adjacent to the stairs on either side. When we lodged a complaint about this we were told that they would look in to it and in three months there has been no change or even signs of an attempt to improve. They may as well hang a sign reading handicapped not welcome. If this doesn't matter to you it's a great place to take a date.
