Started going out here when it was pretty new. I was looking for parts for my '86 Caravan. They had what I needed. It is a car guys' and motor head paradise. Then I bought a driver and go the parts I needed. Always ticked me to see people out there with saws, wire cutters and knives. Heading out there again now I'm retired.

Looking for a Company to junk your old vehicle? Don't go here. Simply job to schedule a tow and get cash for your damaged vehicle. They don't set up scheduled times but require you to be there with title in hand. Don't call their locations because they talk to you like some 4 year old off the street and don't dare ask questions because to them everything you say is dumb. The junkyard portion of their business is a breeze I've gotten parts and loved the way they treat you. If you actually need a service from them. Forget it. I will never do business here again. To tip the scales name calling should never be apart of your organization especially when someone needs your assistance.

I recently visited the northern yard in Cedar. Both operations including this one and the southern one in Rosemount are owned by Keith Olsen. As I had never been there before, I asked the counterman if the prices were the same as Rosemount. He said yes and when I asked about a specific part not shown in their list, he went to talk to the owner. The owner (Keith) went ballistic when I told him what I paid in Rosemount. He immediately called there chewed them out and told them to never sell at that price again. I tried to explain that the 1980's part in question is not highly sought after and that what I paid was the going price everywhere I purchased them, but he was adamant that the price should be 4 times higher. It is a real shame because I am probably the only person to have found a use for them and now they will just be crushed with the car. He then called me an idiot and a thief. He further stated he didn't need my money and to get out. I was flabbergasted and left after some hot words. I have never been treated like that by a company with which I do lots of business each year. This man has some real mental problems and I encourage everyone to stay away from him and his business.

Where else can you go and watch car guys remove parts with the tools they carry in. Don't be disappointed if they don't have your specific car or part. They are hit and miss at best, inventory changes all the time. They can tell you if a certain car is in the yard and how long it's been there. Lots of usable parts get wrecked by the hacks that tear something apart to access something else. If you want guarantees and someone to remove things for you, stay home and let the ones that know what there doing get the deals. You can pay the big bucks and have it shipped to you from an auto recycling center. BEST ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE MONEY. Everything is a Great deal.

Their webpage is updated with the car list when the Crows fly -by. I asked how to check what cars they have in inventory, I was told that they update their list every Monday...Been looking for one car for a long time, checked their site every day. found one listed on a Tuesday, drove out there on Saturday based on their LATEST update, the car I was looking for did not exist. Better off taking a chance, by driving out there, spend the $2 and look for the cars you need instead of calling or checking their website.The crew inside the office don't know whats outside their doors....not in the yard.

they have a huge yard with lots of cars. they get new cars in all the time. if they dont have what you want they will very soon.

We called & they said they had the car we needed. When we got there the story was "we think its out there but have no idea if the parts you want are there" and they gave us a number to find the car with. There was no car with that number and no car of the make/model/year we needed. We were out the long drive, the money to get in and a lot of wasted time. A complete ZERO!
